PowerSpec models using an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 or an X79 Extreme 3 motherboard may pause on startup
There is a message stating the User Defaults have been loaded when first powered on.
Description:
The ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and X79 Extreme 3 motherboard have a Clear CMOS button on the rear IO area.
This button is active even if the system is unplugged. The button may accidentally be pressed when unboxing or moving the system.
When the system starts for the first time, the following text will appear. Press the F1 key to load the PowerSpec defaults and continue to boot to Windows.
This message will not appear on subsequent boots. The PowerSpec model G219 is used for reference.
The BIOS date, CPU, Memory, and version numbers will differ on other models.

The Clear CMOS button is a useful tool to troubleshoot no POST scenarios; however, it is easily pressed during unboxing and setup of the system.
This button is active even if the system is unplugged.
